1. Don't promote your own business. Let others do it for you. The obvious exception is the 'Travel Deals' forum.
2. If you have an issue with a lodging or a business (or someone who works there), take it up with them privately. Ask to speak with the manager if the person you're speaking with cannot resolve your issue. This is not the place to air grievances or attempt to mediate/resolve them.
