hello, I live in Ontario Canada and recently I came home from work to find my family looking for my jack russell who had just got out. WE found him being held back from 2 cats tied to leads in my neighbors yard (we live in the country). With the cats was a women who's hands were all cut up (in my opinion, and based on my dogs temperment) they were cat scratches. Anyway, I have been visited by public health and my dog has been quarantined to my home until the 10 say rabie quarantine has been lifted. I was also informed by the public health representative that the women was in hospital and was getting surgery on her hand. This is my worst nightmare and am really stressing out about the situation. any advice would go a long way to calming my frantic mind.
