Hi Anonymous,

My girl is doing OK, I guess...Thanks for asking! She is definitely showing her age :(

I have altered her diet. She can only eat soft food that has no lumps or chunks of any kind. I am feeding her premium quality soft canned food mixed with equally soft and smooth foods rich in vitamin B12 and Omega 3 fatty acids. I make sure that she gets enough of her canned food, because it has added supplements - like flax seed oils etc... I also give her home cooked foods that meet her nutrition needs... ie: pure pumpkin, sweet potatoes, warm chicken broth etc...
She's not eating as much as she should, but I am pleased that she is enjoying what she does eat.

At this stage in her life, I want to keep her as comfortable as possible.
