Hi, wanted to comment on your post. If you punish your dog when she comes back to you, you are showing her that she should be scared when she comes to you or when you go get her, and she won't want to anymore. Make it a fun and positive experience for her everytime she does something right. Also take her to obedience class, it will help you and her build a good bond and understanding.
