If she does need surgery check with your local cat charities, spca, vets or animal shelters. My friends dog got hit by a car and he couldn't afford the operation on it's hip. He ended up finding a vet to do it that had a donation fund set up for animals that had been hurt and needed expensive operations. I'm glad to hear your cat is doing better though!!
