Believe ne I totally understand and am not by any means trying to say you should do nothing, what I am saying is I would caution against using "your POOP". I am sure they would find some loop in the law to prosecute you for this. I would however have no problem delivering The Poop that their Dog left and scatter it nicely all over their front porch. We are having a very similar problem with a little Old lady that lives in our neighborhood and I am declaring WAR also.
